Galaxy S4 photos too big???

Does anyone else think the galaxy pictures are too big? Even when I chose the smallest size on the camera settings. On the phone they look fine but when you plug it into a computer.... even the thumbnails or photo icons look distortioned because its off scale. Of course once you click on the photo itself it looks fine.... but when I viewed pictures on my old phone HTC sensation. .. the photos looked like perfect rectangle s and after clicking them.... they would fit onto my computer screen..... whwn I open these with paint...they go way off the screen. This also makes the photos take up more memory

I can't say I've ever experienced anything like that, but if you want to take smaller pictures then try downloading a third party app. Retroboy lite is a fun one
