    Default my phone rooted

    Can someone please help my Samsung s4 is currently running on 4.3 but says I can no longer update my phone would this be the problem because my phone rooted many thanx any ideas how to get round this many thanks

    Welcome to the forums.
    Typically rooting stops OTA updates, and you are required to either unroot, or update yourself.

    Better counter question is, do you want to reroot after the update?

    Aint really sure wat to do if im being honest I bought the phone and its rooted and not sure wats the best course of action to take.

    Sorry for the delay. I would leave it be. You can do more with rooting.
