Make "Extra Volume" Default

On the Galaxy S4, I know that when you are in a call, you can push the little button to get extra volume. Is there any way that it can be made to be on all the time by default? Thanks in advance. CC

Yes what you can do is while on call push the little button until its shows volume full that's it now whenever you call it is on the full by default.
