This morning I turn my SG4 on from sleep. I could not do anything. Touchwiz would not respond anywhere. Pressed and held the ON/OFF button until shutdown screen showed.
Could not respond to this screen. Pressed and held the ON/OFF button for a long time until a battery was displayed with 5 dots below it that were moving from left to right.
Waited for a while, may have pressed the ON/OFF button several more times, and the Samsung
Galaxy S4 logo came on.
Unit was now on and checking for updates, etc. It is now working correctly.
