All primary shortcut keys disappeared on Galaxy S4

Hi All,

Today, out of the blue, all of my primary shortcut keys disappeared (the four that remain standard at the bottom of the home screens) . I have searched online and have only found where a 1-3 of them have disappeared... not all of them. I have gone into my apps, tried dragging them down, but nothing works. Ironically enough, today at my office I was showing a woman how she could change hers on her phone, and not an hour later all of mine were gone.

Any ideas how to go about fixing this? Would love to not have to call Verizon or go into the store to fix this.

No idea this has happened to me also. Other forums say to go to the home screen and open Apps. Apps isnt on my home screen and even when i do get into the apps folder it doesnt allow me to do anything in regard to getting back my primary shortcuts. Im about to throw this **** of a phone into a wall..
