mSecure

I have the app mSecure to store all of my passwords. I had to factory reset my phone but before I did I sent an email to myself contain the backup for the app so I wouldn't lose all of my information. Well, when I downloaded the app again after I got my phone set back up it won't restore and I've already saved the file and tried to download it but it just keeps saying that the file cannot be found. Any help?

Thank you, but sadly I have tried that and it didn't work. I emailed the people who created the app so maybe they can help. If not I'll just take it to Verizon or Best Buy and see if they can help.

You must put the backup file on your device's drive under a mSecure folder... the file should be a .mscx file. I did a factory reset a while ago and did something similar, but put mine on the SD card but then had to move it in order for it to see the file. I believe this is the encrypted file and you have to use the same password as you did when you saved the file.
