Kitkat Smart caller id missing on Galaxy S4?

Guys, few hours before l downloaded kitkat on my Galaxy S4 i9500 and checked out the new features. I was shocked to know there is no Smart called id(the local business finding feature and detecting the caller details feature) in S4. Or do l have to activate it from somewhere...? I am checking that feature being online and offline..no use..is that feature only for nexus phones..? Pls tell me...l am confused

It's exclusive to Nexus and Google Play Edition devices, but if you're rooted, you can install it unofficially (they probably have it on xda or Android Police or something).

Another disappointed consumer here on Sprint almost nothing changed same old dialer screen but the battery icon is white now what more could we ask for !!!

I would root and flash AOSP kitkat but I don't want to lose TW features and camera.

Oh my god...then l won get this feature ? The thing is l was damn waiting for kitkat just to enjoy this smart caller id feature...nothing else..but kitkat disappointed me..changing the status bar into white will do nothing to me..and this camera shortcut on lockscreen also..shortly, kitkat is an unnecessary space occupant in my internal memory
