Hi
Earlier today I went to uninstall a program longer needed. I went to "Settings/More/Application Manager and the following message popped up "Unfortunately, Settings have Stopped" I have also since then have had problems with TouchWiz. How do I resolve this without doing a factory default boot.

My cell - Samsung Galaxy S4 - Android version 4.3

Any help will be appreciated
Thanks

Welcome to Android Central :)
Boot into recovery (Hold volume down + power + home until you see small blue letters in the top left hand corner) and wipe the cache partition. You use the volume rocker to navigate and power to select the options

Sent from my Galaxy S4 running SlimKat 4.4.2
