Personal words/dictionary

Just recently, I found that a lot of the words/phrases or saved names, etc., that I had saved to my phone have gone missing.
It was there one day and then just suddenly, the next day, all of what I just mentioned had disappeared. I've played around with in the Language & Input section to no avail and still, all my stuff seems to have been erased. My friend who has the same phone has experienced the same thing at the same time as me. Anyone else notice this?

(Keep in mind, it's not words that I can add to my personal dictionary. Not like those words work anyway...)

I think there was an update for the Samsung keyboard that removed the option for the keyboard. I also have had this problem. Even when I add a new word it does not save it.
