How do you remove the Low Battery warning screen?

It gets really annoying when your battery gets to 15% and the low battery screen pops up interrupting whatever you were doing especially when playing games. Is there anyway or any app that can disable this without root. It would be better if it had a low battery notification on the notification bar instead.
