Wifi not turning on

Hello Guys..
I Need Some Help Regarding My WIFI Connection in my Samsung Galaxy GT-I9505..
Its Been a Week Already that When I Turn On my WIFI it will not turn to GREEN COLOR.
It will just be on a GRAY COLOR for 10-15 minutes..
How Many Times Already I Restarted My Phone and I Also Go to Advance Settings But Still Nothing Happened..
Can u Please Help me Guys..

Have you tried doing a factory reset? If not, do it, It should fix it.

If it doesn't work, I'm not sure what it could be...sorry!
