s4 Bluetooth car audio issue

hi,
couldnt find a simliar issue so i hope this doesnt annoy anyone if its a repeat.

my s4 is paired and connects to my 2013 subaru impreza car audio
but it quite frequently randomly disconnects and sometime reconnects while driving/sitting in car. Particulary annoying when using my reverse camera and the display is blocked by "bluetooth disconnected"

my previous phone didnt have this problem and last night i connected my fiances iphone and it was fine......

ive downloaded a bluetooth ap i saw as a reply to another bluetooth issue but havent tried it yet.

if anyone has any ideas or fixes id appreciate it

do you have the oem head unit? sounds like its a problem with the head unit

yes it is standard head unit.... ill search subaru forums now.
just odd that it works well with my fiances iphone and my old phone too
but ill check their forums/customer service
