[HELP] Samsung Galaxy S4 Mtk

Hello guys i have one Samsung Galaxy s4 Mtk 6572 and i have one problem.When i install any app, she instal of internal memory , i have sd card 16 gb, and my phone have only 200 mb internal memory .I can't transfer apps yo sd card.He show me 16 gb but when i instal for exemple Facebook App , he occupy 17 gb... i have 4 apps installed and my internal memory storage its 22gb occupy.... and available its - 654675433 what can i do with that problem?
