Samsung Galaxy S4 - Everything is in chinese ! how to install google play ! PLEASE HELP !

Good day everyone ,

Ive just bought a samsung galaxy S4
MODEL : GT - I9500
Android version 4.3
Baseband Version : I9500UBUBMG9
KERNEL VERSION: 3.4.5-1995978 ( not sure if this info will help )

the phone works perfercly fine ! However, the apps and most of the stuff in the phone is in chinese, except the phone and settings menu.
And worst of all, i dont have google play in this phone. Is it a real phone or a fakie ?

I am sorry if i sound like an *****, coz actually i know nothing about android and samsungs.

Can you ALL PLEEEAAASE help me on how to get an ENGLISH VERSION of android in this phone ( just like all the other galaxy S4 phones that i've seen ) , and specially GOOGLE PLAY so that i can download apps into this phone.:'(

Please do also explain in to me in newbie terms, because i am not familiar at all with samsung mods and stuff.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

where do you live? if you bought it at a store, just call them ask for help . if not, you can still call samsung, and they should be able to help you.
