Replaced S4 Digitizer/Phone won't turn on

Took my time, made sure I understood each step and replaced the digitizer. Tested it prior to swapping and it worked fine. Now the phone will not turn on. The light sensor does not illuminate when the charger is plugged in. The motherboard warms up when it's plugged in. Any thoughts on what might be wrong?

Make sure all the connections are connected

I checked the connections multiple times but nothing happens. Any other ideas?
