samsung s4 email restriction fix???

Before the latest update I restricted my phones email retrieval to wifi only, and not since thr update the email icon isnt in the data usage area so I cant uncheck the restrictions as ive missed several emails ..

Can anyone help with this ??

Yes, there is just no way out rather than enabling the data connection or wifi connection because these things needs an active data connection to download emails. So, the notification might not be popping out of the device.
