Samsung Galaxy S4 App notifications not Sending

Just as if yesterday I am not receiving any notifications from Apps, I receive emaiils and texts, but anything like Score updates, BleacherReport Updates, Facebook, FB Meesenger, Twitter Etc. Do not send notifications.

I have looked on the apps and all of the notifications are enabled, they are also also checked off in the settings Application Manager area.

What do i do???

Have you checked the settings on your Play Store?
make sure the Notifications are turned on there.
