I've had the S4 Active for over a year and my Jay birds blue tooth headset has worked perfectly. Today, out of the blue, my headset stopped working playing audio. Whether it's my audio book, music sound from a video etc.
Everything else with the Bluetooth works perfectly. I can make calls, hear the keyboard sounds etc. The actions I've taken to correct this problem:
1. unpair and repair the headset
2. Rebooted the phone.
3. Checked all of the audio setting I can find.
4. Tested the headset on another Samsung phone (S2) and works perfectly including audio.
Don't know what else to check....HELP!!!
