Problem: GPS "On" but will not register moving location...

S4 on AT&T.
GPS is "ON"
GoogleMaps shows current location fine.
When request for new location/navigation is initiated, current location shows OK.
But then as vehicle moves, there is no updating of location.
Restarting phone will update location but then no further updating will occur.
Just started happening recently and does not seem to be associated with any phone changes.
Any thoughts?

I am having the same issue with anything that needs to track my location. Been happening for a few weeks that I have noticed.
