So when I connect my s4 to my computer with the samsung usb cable I received with it, when I try to Transfer a video (usually around 1.5 to 3 gb's for a hd tv show ) it only works about 50% of the time. The big problem is, when it fails to sucessfully transfer data, there is no file whatsoever ( I usually transfer it in my downloads folder ) yet I still lost some space to it. For Example, it just failed to transfer a 3gb file video, when I clicked cancel, there's 1.5 gbs that have been lost somewhere. Ex: 7gbs left. 3 Gb file download failed. Now I have 5.5 Gb left on my phone...where is that 1.5 gb located ? I have lost quite some space now because of that issue.
