gs4 no sound and slow video

I updated my gs4 a few days ago and since then I havent had any sound from my phone and videos online and youtube and even videos i recorded play like slow motion! I reset my phone and it gives me sound for a few minutes then nothing. I cant hear calls either or speaker phone. Im thinking about factory resetting even tho i dont want to. Also i just reset it again without the sim and it turn on quick as hell. With sim in resets kinda slow

Partition cache wipe didnt help. Also i got a process system isnt responding and it froze then reset. Gonna try the factory reset i think

I think I used the insurance for this problem and got a new GS4 haha
