HELP!!!! Samsung Galaxy S4 can't receive incoming calls!!!!!!
Hi, so this started happening about a week ago. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 from AT&T unlocked on Straight Talk for almost 2 years now and everything has been fine until now. I started missing calls, all my calls went to voicemail instead. I came back home for the holidays and we finally got 4G LTE here and I thought that was cause (and it might be, idk), but I'm unable to turn it off so I scratched that thought. I tried changing the APN, but that didn't work; I tried disabling the call forwarding, but it keeps telling me that it's "Unable to deactivate call diverting when phone is unreachable. Unsupported by operator." So as a last resort, today I reset my phone to factory settings and no luck. Same issue. If anybody has any ideas or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
