Why am I unable to log in to sync Facebook with my other applications?

log in to sync Facebook with your other applications

I have a Galaxy S4 ... when I try to access my activity log on Facebook it keeps telling me trouble loading. Then I get a notification from Facebook telling me to log in to sync Facebook with my other applications. After I put my info in it tells me that I have already authorized my Galaxy S4. I push okay and now it tells me login failed, try later. This has been going on for 2 days now ... can you help me please please?
