Why can't anyone hear me when I use my wired headset on SG4?

they can't hear me when i use my wired headset on SG4

No problem using bluetooth in car or speaking directly on phone. I can hear them on the headset, but they can't hear me.

Welcome to Android Central! Are the headphones you're using compatible with your phone? If they were "Made for iPhone" (seen on the packaging), then the plug configuration might be slightly off.
