Where do I stand? S4 constant problems.

I've got around 6 months left on my 24 month contract with 3

About 10 months ago I sent my S4 off for repair due it being stuck on boot loop which then came back and worked fine for the next 10 months..

3 weeks ago I had to send it off again due to it not charging which they said was common and changed the charging port..

It's now came back and stuck on boot loop after 1 week of having it back..

Fed up now and seriously considering paying my contract off and switching over to iPhone..

Is there any alternative to sending it off for repair, only for it to come back knackered for a 4th time?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already done the usual things, like wiping the cache partition (http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744) or booting into Safe Mode (steps also in that article)?
