Samsung Galaxy S4 won't connect to Kies
I can't seem to get my phone to connect to Kies 3 so that I can get my music on my phone. I have reinstalled and installed Kies three times, I have reinstalled the USB driver, rebooted my phone and my computer multiple times, tried connecting via wifi and all attempts have been unsuccessful. I am also using the original cable that came with my phone. All I care about is getting my music on my phone does anyone else have any advice? And I have also tried via Bluetooth.
Please do not recommend android file transfer I tried that before installing Kies and that would not recognize my device either.
