battery drain issue

how do restrict screen and android system to not drain my s4 battery.Screen consumes 41% battery even in brightness in 30.

i use battery doctor and some of other apps but that apps wont help me

1) Don't use Battery Doctor, or anything else written by Cheetah - they've shown, over and over, that they don't understand how Android works. (Their "clean unused apps out of RAM" nonsense actually costs battery, it doesn't save it. Android isn't Windows.)

2) The screen is the largest single consumer of battery in an Android phone. The only way to keep the screen from consuming power is to keep it off, which isn't practical. Keep all radios you're not using turned off (although the GPS consumes almost nothing until an app uses it), make sure you have a strong phone signal (if Cell Standby is a large battery consumer, you're on the wrong carrier), use the back button to leave apps, don't use the home button unless you just want to go to another app for a minute, then come back (like switch to your password program to copy a password, then go back to your browser to paste it) and try to never let the battery fall below 40% charge.

Use an app like Greenify to keep apps from running themselves. (Android will run some background apps, whether you want them to run or not - it has to in order to work. Greenify keeps apps neither you or Android told to run from running.)

It also might be an "expectation" problem - you may be expecting the battery to last longer between charges than it will. That's usually the case with people coming from iPhones. iPhones tend to last longer between charges than Androids - because they're doing less in the background. An S4 battery should last about a full work day between charges - more or less, depending on cell strength and what you're using the phone for. A few hours of screen on time is considered good.
