Galaxy s4 random shuts off and then wont restart
hello i'm having a problem with my Galaxy S4. I have had it for almost 2 years now and haven't had any problems with it until 2 days ago. The problem is that my phone will randomly turn off and i wont be able to get it to come back on for a while. ill take the battery out and then put it back in and the Samsung screen will load up but the will shut off right after that. I was thinking it might have something to do with the power button because ill push it once and the prompted to restart, turn off phone or the other option will come on. normally when that comes on it will only happen if i hold the button. If any one has had this problem and has been able to fix it i would appreciate the help on how to fix this.
