"Your phone has been modified" Problem.
Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini (GT-I9192) and when I press the 'Update now' button, It says this error message, "The Operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorized way". My device has never been rooted. I went to Settings > More > About device > Status and the Device status is 'Custom'. I heard that if you unmount your SD card and go to Android Recovery System and clear cache partition and restart then it should work. But, when I tried this it did not work. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks for helping/reading
