I can't get my S4 mini to turn on all the way?

I dropped my phone earier in the bathroom, unfortunatly in a small puddle. i immediantly wiped it off thoroughly, but it went into the on screen and wouldnt turn on. It then went into a 'downloading...Do not turn off" mode. After that I went on a help forum to get that off and that helped, but my phone still isn't turning completely on. Help.

Read Oh, no! My Phone got Wet! to see what you did wrong. It may still be possible (not likely, but possible - I've saved phones a few hours after they got wet) to save the phone if you get it to a repair shop today, but by Monday it's going to start becoming electronic scrap.
