why does my S-4 turns ringtone volume down?
I like to keep the ringtone and notification volume at the highest level most of the time. For some unknown reason the phone will decide to reduce the ringtone volume down to one notch above silent, making it very difficult for me to hear. I go to settings and turn it back up and before long, the volume is down again. I have looked everywhere on the phone to see if there is some way to "lock" my preferences until I decide to change them, but to no avail. Anyone have an answer to this problem?
