my galaxy s4 keeps saying unfortunately google play services have stopped

I have a galaxy s4 and it keeps saying unfortunately google play services have stopped. How do I fix this it keeps continuing and ive done all the things I know to stop it please help

I want to say it's deleting a certificate or turning off an administrator, but I'm almost positive the last time I saw this Google answered it. A search of this site or on Google will turn up the exact steps .
