my samsung galaxy s4 shows often shows bright blue screen and restarts on its own after restart

my phone shows blue bright screen often and goes to restart on its own after showing blue screen.well after restart it performs normally as it behaves like before showing blue screen and restarting.

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744

Also, if you have an SD card inserted, try unmounting it (in Settings>Storage​) and removing it. A corrupt card can cause various problems.

bro my phones model num is samsung galaxy s4 (19515)..and i tried to master reset but it could not be reset..i used the method of hardware to reset but..nothing was happened and ..i also tried to reset the phone by going to the settings (software method).it resets..but it still shows that blue screen on the full display screen.what should i do? and is that hardware effect or software

Hard to say--it could be a few different things, both hardware and software.

Try Safe Mode, which prevents all 3rd party apps from working. If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, then something you keep installing is probably causing the instability. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11724

It could also be a firmware problem. You could try reinstalling the firmware, using either Samsung Kies or Samsung Smart Switch.

If none of that helps, then it's more likely to be a hardware issue, perhaps with the motherboard. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop for that.
