My Samsung Galaxy S4 zoom won't open, how can I fix this?

my sumsung gaxaxy s4 zoom wont open

my phone will not open. I tryed everything my brain could think of. Its been 2 days now. After i came home, i found that my phone was not opening. My maid told me it was working fine abt 2-3 hours ago with 60+ percent. I need my phone. I pressed the power off button for as long as i could wait. Plz help me fix this problem. Im pretty sure it was not doing any ativity.

Welcome to Android Central! When you say it won't open, do you mean it won't power on at all? Does the screen remain completely blank, and the LED notification light doesn't come on?

See if you can boot into Recovery Mode, and if so, wipe the cache partition (which won't erase any personal data): http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744

If you can't boot into Recovery, then the battery might have failed--try a new or different battery.
