My galaxy s4 can't open email attachments when on mobile internet.
I'm using gmail app and it works fine on wifi, however on mobile internet it gets stuck on 0% when opening an attachment and if I want to download an attachment it doesn't do anything at all (it starts downloading - little download symbol appears, then disappears after a couple of seconds and nothing happens). I wondered whether it has to do with the network, but I normally can access mobile internet. Is it possible that the antenna of my phone is faulty? (We have another galaxy s4 in the family, it runs on the same network and opens attachments on mobile internet without any problems).
Please can you help?
