The issue I'm having is dealing with the messaging app on my galaxy S4. For whatever reason, multiple times a day the app will just stop working. It won't force close/crash/stop responding, but I will stop receiving sms and am not able to send messages when this problem pops up. I know when it happens when I open the messaging app and all of my threads are gone.
Troubleshooting steps I've taken without resolve:
1. Factory resetting and restore backup.
2. Factory reset a completely different phone (same model) and restoring backup.
3. Replaced SIM card.
At this point I'm quite stumped...
