Outgoing texting not working after changing carrier on Samsung Galaxy S4
I changed carriers from Verizon to AT&T on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Sch-I545 phone. Everything works fine except I cannot text out. I receive texts but cannot respond or initiate outbound texts; neither individual nor group texting works. My phone does not have a "Message Center" option in the Message Settings section so I cannot input the AT&T phone number here, which I understand can fix this problem when available as an option. I later switched to T Mobile to see if this fixed the problem. It did not. Any solutions?
