Previously I was able to install Fire Emblem Heroes but since yesterday I was unable to download Fire Emblem Heroes because of insufficient storage space, but I can download other apps. My storage shouldn't be the problem because I have 8.57gb of free internal storage and my SD card has 8.47gb of space left.
My phone's a Galaxy S4 and it's rooted. And I'm still running Android 4.2.2. I'm using MicroG framework with Xposed instead of the Google Play Service.
