I just tossed my Obliq case. It had good corner protection but the squareness I just could not stand. Now I have the UAG and I am really happy. It feel or sits in my palm perfectly.

And expensive. I have several cases sitting here now.

Tudia (bad fitment around chrome bezels)
OEM Protective Cover (great but seemed to slightly mess with Zagg Glass since it wrapped the device. )
Spigen SlimArmor (slippery but nice)
CruzerLite (prefer covered buttons. Camera isn't protector due to no lip around it)
iSmooth (Free from review program. Good feather like protection but weak by any other standard )
Diztronic (using now)

Just got mine delivered today (still in my mailbox as I'm not home). I ordered through their ebay link as amazon doesn't advertise them (not sure why).

I was looking for the slimmest case that protects against scratches. Hope I like it.

Love the UAG (have ICE version) but wish the power and volume buttons were sealed.

How come? I love the cut outs as they make the buttons feel extra tactile and not mushy like other cases.

I plan on getting another ballistic tough case for the phone. I had one on my LG spectrum and loved the case. The new ballistic has a tough maxx with clear protective screen.

I just think that the cut outs will let in extra dirt/debris around the buttons that otherwise would not get in there if they were sealed.

Oh, I see what you mean and so far I haven't had any issues with dust getting in behind the case. The only places susceptible to dust were near the bottom where the charging port is but it's mainly dust sticking to the crevices but not going in behind the case.

I got the amCase S5 case when it was on sale and really like it for the price. Was under 10$ and doesnt affect the ports or camera. Nice basic design that has a clear back. Doesnt add a lot of bulk, thats why I like it. My S5 still feels like an S5

Samsung Case

I noticed that the SPIGEN Armor case was also sold in this store. But I'm not sure if they have enough stock for Samsung Galaxy S5.

I think I might order the aluminum bumper from this website. I saw that it comes from China, but I've spent $10 on more ridiculous things. It looks like you may be able to attach a wrist strap, but I'm not 100% positive. I think the hot pink with a black phone will look pretty cool.

Got my Ballistic Tough Maxx friday. Fit is near dam perfect. I had the clear plastic screen protector on only friday. It fits over the cheapo one from verizon, but touch was kinda off. I couldn't get perfect swipes so i've left it off. Its nice having this case on, makes holding the phone a it better. Seems more balanced.

I like how this GreatShield ARCH Neo Stripes Hybrid case looks. didn't try it but looks good to me.

I liked the look of the Otterbox Defenders, but they were too bulky for my liking, so I went with a black Otterbox Commuter Series.

I like the rubber around the power and volume buttons, it makes it a bit grippier there, but having a rubberised area further down the hard plastic sides of the case would be an improvement, I'm tempted to cut some very thing strips of rubber off a bike innertube and glue those to the sides

I got the RINGKE SLIM Galaxy S5 Case. I have tried a few cases and this fits the best. Its slim and adds very little bulk. The only downside is that it feels quite slippery!
