I have a problem with closing cover for USB 3.0

Cover for USB 3.0 on my SGS5 can't be close to the end, left side of cover is embossed. I'm afraid because my phone isn't waterproof when the cover is opened.

Does anyone else this happened?
What can I do about it?

I read another thread where the usb cover just completely came off with no force and they got it replaced. I would try seeing if they'll give you a new phone because that shouldn't happen and it definitely wouldnt make it water resistant anymore.

I went to Samsung store yesterday. They said that they don't have new cover, and they dont't saw something like this before. I don't know what i can do with my phone. Does someone know where i can bought new cover on internet?
