S5 Active (dust behind screen blocking camera)

I have a galaxy s5 Active. Even though the phone is supposed to be water and dust proof, somehow it got dust behind the screen blocking the front camera making front pictures fuzzy. Is there anything I can do? I went to repair stores and said they aren't able to fix this.

They are not "proof" anything... they are "resistant", which means water and dust can still get in. You'll probably have to have the screen removed to get at the dust. Doing so may damage the screen in the process. Even if you call Samsung, I doubt they'll take care of the problem without charging you money. As for the repair shop, they probably just didn't want to take the job of removing the dust (and possibly damaging the screen in the process)... I'm sure they'll fix it for you if you buy an entire new screen from them.

Given the option of replacing the screen just for some dust, I would start gently tapping the phone in the corner somewhere to see if the dust can be moved enough to clear the lens.
