I have a non profit organization where I organize live teleconferences for married women and I have a hotline of recordings that the women could listen to.
I am looking for an offline contact manager/organizer that I could install
1. Allow me to group the contacts by category
2. Keep track of the funds that the contact paid and for what lecture
3. Keep track of the speaker that was paid for giving the lecture
4. Calendar where I can enter in which dates the speaker is giving the lecture.
Is there such a program that would not require internet access?
I have looked into dejaoffice but to the best of my knowledge I can't track profits only expenses. I have found a the program Financius to be very handy but it does not connect with my contacts.
