Hello all,
I frequently cannot access settings. I use the "more settings" button on the Easy settings screen, and I get a black screen only. If I do it several times, it will eventually come up. Sometimes I get an apology that settings is currently unavailable.
Doesn't seem to happen (or happens less often) when I get into "settings" from button on "More APPS" list.
Possibly related? Since I started noticing this, the screen never goes dark unless I turn the phone off. I get the rainbow screen and it will stay on all night, even if charging.
I do have Power Saving Mode activated (not Ultra) and Screen timeout is set to 5 minutes. Except Smart stay is on because it kept turning off while I was still using it. I do NOT, emphatically, sleep with my face in the camera...
I'm sure this is not good for battery life. Any suggestions?
