Why won't my S5 mini screen turn off even though timeout is set to 15 seconds?

s5 mini wont turn screen off even though timeout is set to 15 seconds

have changed settings so that screen turns off after 15 seconds, but it doesn't it will sit there with screen on for couple of hours
