Locked myself out of my s5 mini and can't remember the alternative password
My phone was in my pocket and when I took it out it said I had incorrectly swiped my finger and would reset in 30 seconds. Instead it went to the alternative password screen, I must have tried over twenty tries but it always says incorrect. I have tried turning the phone off and taking out the battery but it's the same. Also the time went backwards by an hour? I tried going to my service provider but they said they didn't know what to do.
