Verizon 4.4.2 will not update

I use to have the towlroot on this phone. my phone updated on its own but shut down midway process of updating now it shows i can not update because of a root problem has anyone els had this problem?

One of the first thing the updating process does is check whether the ROM has ever been rooted. If it has, it won't update, because while rooted you could have made some changes that will brick the phone if the update is applied.

Try turning on survival mode in SuperSU and see if it'll root. If not, try leaving survival on, full unroot (down near the bottom) and try again.

If not, reflash the stock ROM (from SamMobile Firmwares, update (I would assume to Lollipop, which probably can't be rooted yet) and wait for someone to find a Lollipop exploit so you can root again.

in supersu it says i have no SU binary installed and to re root manually. then closes the app
