I am doing the eft plan with tmobile and getting the s5 I'm very excited because I signed up for unlimited 4g data! But I've been reading that they throttle the speed after you go over a certain amount.... Does that mean I'll get horrible speeds? Even though my town has 4g with them?!

You can pay more for completely unlimited data with no throttling I believe. It just costs more, I haven't looked on their site lately though.

Yeah, if you go over your data limit, they don't charge you but they will slow you down to about 3g if you have 4g and 4g if you have lte, I'm not sure about the numbers but I know they slow you down, It's better than paying extra money.

I have unlimited 4g. So I'm okay right?

Actually, if you go over your alloted data (1 GB, 2 GB, or 3 GB) you will be slowed down to 2G. If you fork over for unlimited, it's truly unlimited. So far this month I've used just over 150 gigs.

And yeah I signed up so I'll have unlimited 4g.
