Don't overlook this little gem. It's like a universal search for the phone. Just thought I'd throw this out there

I am HAPPY to know that this S Finder is NOT in the pulldown menu on the AT&T version. Thank goodness.

Not what I was talking about. I meant the buttons for S Finder and Quick Connect on the main shade.

The SFinder and QuickConnect buttons in the notification bar are not removable from the TouchWiz settings. You can see it here in a features review.

I have the att version of the s5 and the sfinder option is in the pull down menu with the wifi , location and all the other options. Maybe I'm just not getting what u mean when you say it's not there.

I just got my S5 yesterday, and S-finder in nowhere to be found. I have an AT&T version as well. I'll be curious to find it. If somebody does find it, I'd like to know how.

I mean like the T-Mobile version where it's in the pulldown, as a persistent notification. Like this middle picture: http://photos.expertreviews.co.uk/im..._219406_42.jpg

Sweep the icons to the left and you will see it. I also have the ATT version. You can also see it if you use two fingers to sweep down from the notification bar. Then all the icons are displayed on the screen, not just a few.

I just tapped it and it says one can search for help on the S5 and on the web. I then get a keyboard to enter my search data. Pressing the back button leaves the S-Finder off.

Thanks, guys, I never knew about this.

Use two ✌ fingers on the pull down menu go to edit and look for S Finder hold and drag up to one you don't want to use and it will be replaced by S Finder.
