camera error

I can not use my camera. Any app says it can not connect and the app itself says it failed. I forced stopped, cleared cache and data, restarted a few times but it still doesn't work. I tried looking at settings but there is nothing. Any idea on how to fix this?

If all things simple do not work. Factory reset is the answer. If that does not work, exchange is inevitable.
