    Default during a call issues

    So during a call if I look at my screen it's lit, but when I attempt to swipe down to see my notifications the screen goes black then lights up. It's weird not sure if it's supposed to do that? It wouldn't let me pull my notification screen down. Not sure if it was because other person was talking?

    Your finger is moving in front of the sensor that determines your screen should dim to black.

    Yes, one of those dots you see is a sensor that causes this. There's an option in call settings to turn this off but I wouldn't recommend it.

    It turns the screen off when you put the phone by your face and turns it back on when you move it away. Its a battery saver while allowing us to use touch tone options when calling customer service.

    It should dim when you're on a call and you hold it to your face. Moving the phone away from your ear too much will light the display up. Its a proximity sensor so anything within the immediate area sets it off.
